The King of Jesters Pioneers the Obituary-as-Satire Form (of course, what would you expect?)

Unfortunately, we cannot display all of the obituaries at the moment.  One of our readers (yes, the disgruntled reader) has strenuously objected to them, even though the subjects are obviously deceased, having long ago exceeded their expiration dates.  This DG does not wish to be referenced at all, not even anonymously, as he/she was.  He/she is related to these dear departed, as is the Jester.  Neither did he/she appreciate our exhortation that he/she “get a life,” indicating that such a remark is completely inappropriate in this context.  Nobody has a sense of humor anymore.  But, rest in peace, we shall publish these obituaries again upon the passing of our discontented reader, whereupon he/she will have his/her own comic obituary.  We have left instructions in our will that the King of Jesters website be maintained in perpetuity, and that all shall be revealed in the fullness of time.

It appears that the mere existence of the Jester drives him/her batty. He/she has threatened international legal action if we didn’t remove any and all (albeit anonymous) references to his/her existence.  Heck, we don’t want to be incarcerated for making fun of our dead relatives.  No more of this hanky panky with the “his” and “hers.”  Christ, dealing with this loathsome crackpot is exhausting.

However, Max’s obituary is available for you to read, as he was the Jester’s cat, and not his/hers.
